March 05 Armada, brake dust or normal wear?

Hello,

I have an Armada built in March 05, according to the door sticker. How do I know if I have the new brake parts? I do have brake dust. More than I would have thought normal, but my 96 Ford truck has brake dust too.

Today in a turn my front end made a sound like I ran over something metal, but when I looked nothing was there and nothing seemed wrong with the front end that I could tell.

What do I need to tell the dealer to get the brakes replaced and how can I check if I indeed need them changed and if I do, how to know they did it.

Thanks in advance...

Old brake parts. They started with new rotors in May and pads on '06 models. ;)

I don't think you have the fix. Even after two weeks with out a wash my brake dust is very minimal with the fix.
even if you have the new brake fix, which probably you are not, its covered under the warrant. if your dealer try to be smart with you report him to Nissan USA
