OK, this got me real nervous cause after a few weeks of waiting I finally got in. The thing was, the dealership was bought out and had new owners. When i called to confirm my appointment, they had no record in the computer of what they where suppose to fix but previous paperwork may have documents. Apparently the preivous crew was completly wiped out and replaced with new heads. This is in Folsom, California by the way. So when I came in they asked what I was in for. I told them that my passenger window had scratches in it and there was new glass ordered to replace. My airbag light was going off for a feww weeks. The scary part was that I had my monitors and DVD installed two weeks after the light had been going off. I was sure the blame would of been put on the shop that did the install. Also that I was going to get a rental since the car was going to be in pretty much the whole day. Reggie, the service writer said with no hesitation that I would get taken care of. I advised him that I've been in four times within the month and a half that I have owned my Armada and was told the same thing. He assured me that things would be done wth no problem. Told me that the reason why the previous crew was all fired due to promises and things that they didnt follow thru on. Again, he assured me with the new management and crew, that I was going to be taken care of. To make a already long story short. The job was done by 3 this afternoon. Everything fixed. New window, no flashing light. I was honestly amazed, but most definately relieved that evrything went smooth. I must say for folks out here in Sac, granite bay, el dorado hills, folsom, or whatever surrounding areas, this was a pleasant experience. I really think they are turning things around at this dealership.

That sound great. It is good to hear of customers being taken care of.
I live in EDH, and was just in yesterday and saw Reginald. So Peoples is now Aloia's Nissan huh? And they fired everyone, huh? I was in for brakes and got the same old BS, they'll have parts soon he promised me. I hope they can fix the freakin' brakes on these trucks. I mean how many Armadas and Titans are out there? They all need brakes eventually.

Booty, is yours an 05? Had any brake judder? Supossedly the later run of 05's should have the new kits.

You know, my wife said she felt it around 1900 miles, going 60/65mph while driving to folsom to meet me for Lunch. I drove the car home and didnt feel it at all. Since then we havent experienced it. I have 2800 miles on it now and still nothing wrong with the brakes. Mine was made a couple months into the 2005 season so i hope that she was wrong. She didnt have any idea of the brake probolems so when she told me about it i was like Damn, here we go.
It's now called ALOIA's Folsom Lake Nissan. I hadn't heard anything from them about a drivers seat cushion that was ordered so I stopped by. I was also shocked to find out what happened. They let the whole bunch go. I like the new ownership much better. Much more professional in the way they do business.

As soon as the seat cushion arrives they are going to do my brakes at the same time (third time with 9k miles). The service writer (Gary) ordered Nissan's latest attempt at the brake fix. In fact, I think I'll swing by tomorrow and find out what the hold up is.
