Anyone know how to skip past or disable that wretched annoying intro screen ?

You need to buy the NoNag to do this. Do a search and you'll find some people who have done it. I think its $50-100 or so.

Yeah he had to pack up and move to another state, I'm sure he'll take more orders once he's settle in.
