OK .. I'm gonna ask, perhaps a dumb (?) question .. as I don't spend that much time under the hood ...

It is just a bolt on/off cover?? Any special tools required?

Nothing to it. There are 2 bolts on the front I believe 10mm. Pull them out and then pop the 2 posts out of the grommets in the rear. Thats it.
