New member -- Purchasing 05 LE this week

Hi All,

I just wanted to introduce myself to the boards. I've been lurking around these forums for about a week now and have gotten very anxious to purchase my Armada.

I'm purchasing a brand new '05 4x2 LE with tech and dvd packages for $37K before tax and licensing. I was torn between the Sequoia and the Armada but this price is too good to pass up. BTW...it's an internet fleet quote in Southern California. My wife and I are going back today to pick out the colors (either Smoke or Silver) and hopefully we'll be driving it home tonight.

welcome, I am Glad that you made up your mind on the Armada its not just the price thing, read more threads about the (toy) sequoia, enjoy

Congrats and welcome aboard. We've had ours about 6 weeks and love it. Our concern was the wife adapting to driving it. We moved up from a mini van. She actually made the switch much quicker than with the mini van. Now she'd get rid of me before the Armada!
The NAV is awsome! Wouldn't be without it. The kids have named the Nav system Sarah.

Thanks everyone. We chose the colors Silver on graphite. The vehicle is being transported from another dealership tonight and hopefully tomorrow we'll be taking it home.
