As you all know, members are assigned a posting status, such as Shift_Newbie.
The site owner, M4CK and I recently discussed how many posts are required to move to the next level, and we decided to lower the number of posts required to "move up the ladder". This is the way it is now setup:

0-24 posts - Shift_Lurker
25-99 posts - Shift_Newbie
100-249 posts - Shift_Enthusiast
250 up posts - Shift_Hardcore

Keep the posts coming, and move up to the next level!:thumbup:
