Hi,

Any one tried to chrome plate the OE 18" Rimms of the Mada?

I saw some offerings on eBay starting from $525...

Any tips on the subject would be greatly appreciated..

Also, if you have pictures of done ones on a Mada, please post.. :)

Thanks..

Try your local wheel shop, they usually have places they send wheels out to be chrome plated, or may know a place to have factory chrome exchange. And it will probably cost you $500 or less with exchange for the old ones.

I like the chrome factory wheels. I'm not into the 22's. I have a Silver Lightning LE and think the stock rims would look good gloss black. There's no way I would do this myself, but I am wondering if I take these to a high-end paint shop if they could finish these in black without worrying about the finish chipping. Any thoughts???

I don't see why they couldn't do this for you. :D
