Hi everyone. Thanks for a great web site. Just got an '06 SE. White with tan interior. I think the interior choice was a big mistake. I have 4 kids and it is getting dirty already around the door handles. The dang thing didnt even come with floor mats. I already ordered some good ones. Does anyone out there have seat covers on their Armada? I am looking to buy some very soon, or my '06 is going to look like an '86 real quick.
I do love driving it. Bose did a good job with the stereo. I wish the drop down monitor was bigger. I love the back up sensors. It only has 300 miles on it and i have only put 25 of those on it. Looking forward to first road trip.

Welcome to the club!

You got the same interior color as mine. Here are a couple of seat cover photos, made by Wet Okole. Let me know if you need more photos. They fit perfect and very comfortable. http://www.autoanything.com/seat-covers/67A1484A0A0.aspx

Welcome to the club! You will love your mada. I have 3 kids and the first thing I did was go and get custom seat covers put on...lemme tell you well worth the money. They say they are waterproof but since it's neoprene and my hubby dives..he said they are more water resistant and very easy to clean. Here is a pic of my seatcovers. I got mine from Hawaiian Seat Covers but Wet Okole is a great company too.

When you fold down the 2nd row are you able to lay down the flaps?

No but I told the guy that it was not that important for me. I don't know if they make it where it is able to. I usually only fold down the third row. For other stuff that needs that much room we use my husbands truck.

Welcome to the club!

I seem to dust just about anything I come up on around here. They underestimate the speed because of the size. On road trips, it seems as though the Armada rides most comfortable between 70 and 80. If the highway speed allows. (As if I care!)

Good luck.

Welcome to the forums. I have to say kids can mess your car up. I should know too, although I have the grey interior and it's not leather because kids are messy no matter what. Sometimes my Mada can look like their rooms until I clean it up. With their assistance of course. I need some car covers too. So the ones on coverking are universal?
