I have a 2004 Nissan Armada SE 4x4 Off Road. I bought the Nissan extened warranty for 7 years 100,000 miles. I was wondering if I replace the factory wheels 17x8 with some aftermarket 17x8 if this will void some loophole in my warranty. I haven't been able to get this question answered anywhere.
Thanks

only if nissan can prove that the tires cause the problems that would void your warranty.... For example since I installed the roady2 in my truck and connected it directly to my aux wiring and my say my electrical system failed nissan can claim that my installation of the roady2 caused the damage and they won't fix a thing in my truck that is electrical. I hope this make sense.

They have to prove what you did caused an otherwise covered item to fail.....just because you tapped the AUX jack it won't allow them to void the warranty of say your electric seats...now if the AUX jack quits working on the HU they may have a case but they would have to prove that the current to it was different or something similiar that would cause a problem. In terms or the roady2 connection the aux jack is meant to take that signal so you shouldn't have any problem..... in any case depending on the dealer you may have to fight.
