Any one tried to change out the Clutch fan with an electric aftermarket? I'm looking at the Flex-A-Lite models but they don't make a direct fit for the armada yet. Just universals so far. Should give good fuel/mileage boosts but I want to do this right and don't want to rig a universal to fit correctly. Any experiance with any other fan makers would be appreciated.

A couple of people over on ClubTitan have custom fitted electric fans. They didn't get any noticeable increase in performance or mileage.

I would only do it if I was trying to do something else that required it like a supercharger that needed the space. One less thing to break.
