Hello all, 2010 QX56 160,000 miles, a year ago I put the Bilsteins upfront and I replaced the back with OEM air shocks. Before the back end would bounce all over the place it does not anymore. The ride quality improved about 30 percent. I DID NOT replace any of the springs. I still feel like it rides very harsh overall. My question is how can I maybe get a softer ride? Will replacing the springs help? I am running Bridgestone Alenza Ultras. Thank you.

Have you checked the control arm bushings? Are the new suspension components tight to factory spec? Have you had the suspension inspected?
Thanks for the reply Tanks. Is this normal? Sorry I am ignorant on bushings. This is driver side. Passenger side looks the same same. Also no Ive never really had the suspension inspected. Thank you

If an alignment hasn't been done yet, that would be the next thing to do. Also, the pic you posted is front sway bar bushing(s), which need to be changed; those have already deformed. The revised OE sway bar bushings, part # 54613-ZV50A, has the opening cut at a different and higher angle which seats the bushing better and won't deform easily.
