Question for Armada/QX56 owners

Some of us Titan owners just notice that in the instrument cluster where the trip-meter and "P" "D" area, there's a digital readout (at least the outline) of a digital "MPH" and rear sonar guage (look like it has a "meter"). Do you guys/gals have this and does it work?

Can see something

I have a 4x2, I can see the outline fo the 4x4 on the right side of the trip readout and the PRND321. I can see there is something to the left as well but can't make it out. Is this what you are talking about? I referenced the user manual and see no reference to anything over there. I have never seen anything light up over there either. Probably ideas that were cut out to save money.
