Hello! I just found you guys via a link provided by Silverqship (I think that is right) to me over on the FA Forums. Didn't know you were here but am so glad I do now...seems to be a bit more activity over here 
Anyway, we added the 2005 QX56 4wd July 2nd. Traded an 03 FX45. Also, I have an 04 350Z Roadster and MY daily driver is an 04 Frontier (nothing fancy...4x2 King Cab auto). We've piled almost 3,000 miles on the QX in just over a month. Love it. Thought I'd miss the FX...but the QX just works for us so much better.
I'm into performance and cosmetic mods...tasteful and purposeful that is...have done a lot to my Z and have already started with the QX (not much could be done on the FX I've already shared what I've done to date in a couple of threads. I look forward to contributing to and learning from a lot of you that share similar interest and enthusiasm for your rides.
Again..glad to have found this forum; I'll be spending a lot of time here over the next few years, for sure! I'm probably outnumbered greatly by Armada owners, so don't get annoyed with the QX guy jumping in ther . I just don't get the impression there are as many QX owners that have a thing for mods as there are Armada owners that do...plus you all outnumber us 3:1 anyway. As far as picking the QX anyway...it was a lot about sheer convenience of sticking with the same dealer and brand and also some about the enhanced Infiniti service (which is accompanied by enhanced prices to be sure). But I like both vehicles alot and as you already have read...I'm very loyal to the Nissan brand. As far as pricing...well, I kind of got a pretty good deal on the QX so it made a lot more sense there, as well.
Anyway, like I said...glad to be here!
