Try a second dealer. Act dumb.daynawilli said:I have a 2004 Armada that the rear latch has been rattling for a while. I took something out of the back the other day and a bolt came out. So I took it into the dealer to have it fixed and they are claiming that I tried to fix (like I would ever try to fix anything under warranty) or adjust the latch so they will not warranty it. I also called Nissan and they are standing by the dealer. I don't understand how a welded bolt could break off has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
