The dealer told me today that there is a new TSB that involves fixing the rear seat belt retraction tension.
In my Armada, when someone gets out of the rear seats, the seat belt doesn't retract and hangs out. Then when the door gets slammed on it, it puts a dent on the sheetmetal. I've got 3 or 4 dents on both sides because of this.
The dealer says there's a TSB that fixes this. But I can't find it. Has anyone else heard of this TSB?
Anyone else have this same problem?

I remember a TSB for the seatbelts but it was because the belt would not hold any slack...it would keep getting tighter and tighter during a drive so that by the time you arrived at you destination the passenger was constricted to the point of being painful.

I haven't had any problems with my seatbelts retracting. but the outboard ones don't get used often. The few times I have noticed them not retracting they have been twisted between the seat and the top anchor.
