I have my VK56DE pulled and broken down to a bare block.

The engine had low PSI and wouldn't pull it's own weight over 35MPH.

I found 140-144 PSI in all cylinders except C5 which had 109PSI.

I am planning to do a rebuild on the motor and have a few questions.

Head Bolts / Rod Bolts / Main Cap Bolts

I know the head bolts are torgue to yield (TTY) and therefore must be replaced.
Rod Bolts - the tightening process also appears to be TTY, must the bolts be replaced?
Main Cap Bolts - likewise, the tightening process appears to be TTY, can the bolts be reused?

With regard to all of the above, I am unable to find a source other than the dealer for them, especially for all of them together.
Any Suggestions where to buy them?

If you get the part numbers for the bolts you need you can check ebay and amazon for them. They are usually a lot cheaper then the dealer.
You can also check here for prices, Ive got a few things from them and they are good.

According to parts.nissanusa.com, for my 2008, the following are the part numbers I would need (they do seem to vary based on the year of your Armada):

Cylinder Head Bolts: 110563Z00A -- Superseded to: 11056ZB00A
Connecting Rod Bolts: 121097S000
Main Cap Bolts: 122937S002 -- Superseded to: 122937S00A

Searching a few of the part numbers did come up with multiple hits, some including Amazon and ebay.
