While you did your TSB for the roof, I would've gotten the Support Bracket for the DVD vibration done at the same time. I did both and have no shakes & rattles at all. Did you get the support bracket installed too? If you did, make sure they removed the two brackets where the snap in clips used to snap into. The support bracket has them . MY dealer left them in and it squaeked alot. I double checked their job at home by pulling the console down and they didn't remove it. I simply unbilted them myself instead of another trip to the dealer and it was fixed. Sometime techs don't follow the TSB instructions and it's not done right. You can find the instructions here

hope this helps!!!

Yes that's true. They will only do the support bracket TSB if you have the factory DVD monitor and have the vibrations and complain about it. The roof TSB for the booming noise is a whole different issue. I would complain about the booming noise first because they have to remove the headliner completely to epoxy the roof support beams to the roof. If you also complain about the DVD monitor vibrations secondly, they might as well put the monitor support bracket in when the re-install the headliner after they fix the booming noise. That will save you another trip to the dealer and save time for both you and the dealer. Good luck!!
