I know I have called them three times and never have received a return call!!!!!

Well I just sent another email and if I dont here something by this Friday I will be contacting Paypal. This is crazy I shouldnt have to be goin thru this cause I am the customer! All I want to know is if (or when) my Volant will ship and it has been 4 days since I purchased it.

After threatening to contact PayPal I finally heard back from SoCal( 6 days after the fact) they said that they will give me a tracking number but obviously the item has not shipped yet. These guys are probably good guys but their customer service gets an F considering it was close to a 300.00 purchase and I only hear from them after sending a menacing email and several nice emails and phone calls. So we will see when I get my CAI!
