I'm not sure if others have had this problem, but my wife was driving the armada and when she started to accelerate the car completely died. She was with the kids and luckily there wasn't a lot of traffic otherwise she could have gotten rear ended by someone not paying attention. Had the car towed to the dealer and are replacing the computer. Not sure if that is the fix but we'll see. All the electronics works, but the engine won't start.

I'm scared if this happens again, we may not be so lucky. Just thought I'd share.

This failure is very unusual. I wouldn't worry about it in the future.

First time I heard this happening on a Mada, Titan or QX. Fluke.

Electrical Problem

I had a similar issue a couple of times although the truck never completely shut down. Driving along at 65 miles per hour on two occasions it seemed as if the key was shut off for a split second and then turned on again.

Don't know if any others are having the same issue.

First I've heard of it from either Armada or Titan boards. Sounds like something is loose or near shorting. I'd have the dealer do a diagnostic.

That's exactly what happened to me before it completely died. I'd be driving along and then as if the engine died but restarted. It took about a week from when the hesitation happened to when the car went completely down. I'd get it checked out because it could be a sign of the same thing I had. The Nissan dealer replaced the ECU in the car and haven't had a problem since. Just in case, my Armada is an 04 if that helps.

It does sound like an ECU issue. Have you tried resetting it?
