I have had the truck in 3 times for the rear wheel bearings alone. They just put the second set in 3 weeks ago and I still have the clicking noise. Now they just put all new axels in and while apart they found the recently replaced bearing to be scorched. They lasted a mere 3 weeks. I would assume the 3 set will last just as long since they are made under the same procedure. Do I start with the BBB or Nissan? Help, thanks. I am willing to loose my downpayment and spend the $ to get out of the truck. Once the warranty is up Ill be spending my $ anyways. Its a 2004 which is what I have heard has majority of the problems.
I'd recommend getting a lawyer that specializes in lemon law cases. Most of them will take a look at your repair history for nothing, and let you know whether you have a case (and they won't take your case if you don't). What state are you in? If you are in California, I can recommend a good attorney. If not, do a google on Lemon Law Attorney and your state.scooter996 said:How does one proceed with the lemon law.
