New to clubarmada.com - new Armada owner - 2018 Platinum. Have a creaking sound coming from the center console where the gearshift and cupholders are between the front two seats. It's worse at slow speeds but definitely annoying. Just took it to dealer for the first time - came back they "couldn't replicate the problem." Yet, it's obvious the moment I drove it off the dealership. Will be taking someone on a ride next time. Any others have the problem / solution?

Another one to add to the list, although I'm not sure if it is technically a 'rattle' or a malfunctioning part... Dealer will have to figure out in a few days

While the tempature is at or below ~70 degrees and either a.) the vehicle is turned on with the AC on (whether on fan or actual AC is on), or b.) the AC is turned on after the vehicle has been on for a few minutes, I get a 2 second sound simmilar to listening to an XBox controller vibrate on a wood table. Hasn't (yet) thwarted AC functionality,...

Did you by chance ever find a solution to this problem? My 2019 is having a near identical noise. It sounds like its coming from the dvd type area?

Just wanted to put this information out there for someone who may have the same issue I had. I’ve only owned my vehicle for a few months but my 2011 Nissan Armada started to develop a rattle/chatter/squeak noise from the rear of the cabin when I went over bumps. I was able to reproduce the noise when I would pound my fist on the rear glass on the hatch. Basically the rear glass was just slightly loose and would rattle and cause the windshield wiper arm to also rattle/squeak. I stuck some foam stickers on the glass where it made contact with the rubber stoppers and the noise is gone from inside the cabin.

I believe the issue is that the weather stripping around the rear glass is old and not as elastic causing the looseness.

The rear glass hinges are prone to corrosion and failure. Make sure you check them.

My 2018 Armada has a rattle up near rear view window. There is a box behind mirror. Wife and I traced the rattle to this box, but since vehicle was relatively new at 44k, we told dealer about rattle on last oil change visit. Service advisor said that they removed plastic box (still not sure what it houses) and found a loose clip. Dealer said (and I quote) "we tightened up the clip" and they said it stopped the rattle. We drove 8 miles home and next day the rattle was back.

Has anybody had rattling issues with this box?
Does anybody know what is inside this box?
Does anybody know how this box behind rear view mirror is attached? I'd like to remove cover and DIY

Finally, I'll leave it up to the reader and his pliers on how the dealer "tightens a clip".
