I finally got the cabin boom phenonenom occuring. Problem is it only does on a certain road and said road is 40mi away from the dealership. Service dept says they won't fix it if they can't duplicate it even though there is a TSB. There not willing to go to the road either. What do you think? Should I get in touch with nissan so they can breathe heavy on the dealership?

Also, service guy said that nissan does not have a loaner car policy. Is this true?

Are there any other dealers in your area?? If you say it's happening and there is a TSB...they should fix it.+

However...I'm not even sure what boom you are talking about.....

if its a TSB and you claim you have it, they have to fix it...raise hell and go up the chain.....dealers usually dont have loaner car policies unless its a higher end vehicle (benz, lexus, etc) but its up to them..loaner cars are usually covered under warranty terms (mine is)
Spoke to the acting service manger (actual SM quit last week) After some prodding, he's going to fix the cabin boom problem. These guys get fired up when you reference TSB's
Loaner car only on extended service

My dealer made the loaner car dependent on two things, the service has to be longer than 3 hours, and I HAD to buy an extended warranty at time of purchase. This seemed reasonable to me, as I was going to get a warranty anyways. Dealer is Quirk in Quincy, MA.
