Tire pressure light

Hey guys my tire pressure light is on in the dash, i put air 30psi in each wheel, but the light remains on, can u guys direct me in the right way to get this light off.

35 psi is what the hand book says to put in the tires, the light should come on when a tire goes below 28 psi.

From some of the posts on here I don't think the sensors are that acurate and they seem set on the safe side: ie put 35psi in.

Did you drive for a few miles? Takes a bit to make it go off.

I'd still get it to 35 PSI. Softer will give you a softer ride, but also make you have worse gas mileage, worse handling, and poor treadwear. ;)
you nned to add 35 psi in the tire that the car thinks is flat and then the light will go off and once its off you can then add the psi you like.
now thats its getting cold the tires are showing a lower psi rating,

Stock tires should be at 40 psi. 30's probably too close to the 28 illumination point. My tires run 35 (off road BF GoodRich), and the lights shut off at 35....without driving it. But that's my truck.
