i have 06 with 6200 almost mile on it. one of my tire had a nail in it and took it to Discount tires. they found out it has a 6" nails (damn) and it almost poke a hole on the side wall. long story short they recommend to get a new one instead. my question is do you think this will be cover on my warranty? this just aint my day.. i think i know what will make me feel good. where can i get the volant CAI cheap and reputable web site?

Twice I had a nail in my tires, and both times took it to the dealer complaining about the pressure sensor alarm going off, and they fixed it for free both times.

Six Inch Nails!!!!

WOW! Where have you been driving?

IMHO- Fix it and switch with the spare. Nissan does not recommend tire rotation with spare so it is good for emergency use only anyway.
