After walked out from a deal on Thursday from the dealership, I got a call from the manager on Friday and we came out with a "sweet" (in my opinion) deal. We went to the dealership this morning to work on the transaction. We finally signed off the deal but not after we pissed off the sales man and the finance guy. The finance guy did not even attempt to sell us the extended warranty. So, you could imagine how mad he was. :)

Anyway, long story short, my wife and I finally took the delivery of 2005 Armada LE 4x4 with Technology package. The baby is Deep Water Blue :p

Man, that back up camera and the back up sensors are really usefull for the SUV this big. This is a huge upgrade for us to go from Jeep Grand Cherokee to a full size SUV.

The problems I found so far during the drive home:
1) Passanger airbag LED was on solid even though no one was sitting on it.
2) Steering was shaking while going between 70-75 mph. No issue below 70mph. Have not tried anything above 75mph.

If I recall the passenger light for the airbag is basically saying it is off. so, when it is it up the airbag is off. When someone is sitting in the passenger seat the light should be off which means it is active.

hhmm... I thought it supposed light up when the airbag is deactivated. My Acura TL does that. Let me look at the manual again.

Thanks.
Passenger Side AirBag:

On - Nobody in the front seat

Off - Me in front seat

Off - 80 lb, 11 yr old in front seat

On - 65 lb, 9 yr old in front seat ("sorry sweetie, back row for you")

Weight sensor lets the car play "bad guy" instead of me. Cool.

Welcome to Team Armada!

Thanks. I wish the manual could be as simple reading as what you said. :)
