Is there a possibility of adding the Uprgrade package to an SE, other than trading the SE for an LE?

I think you'd be better off just dressing it up with aftermarket stuff. Better materials, and Lord knows it would be quite a bit cheaper.

Even if you wanted to go leather you could get a kit from leatherseats.com for like $1000 and get it installed. Pop in a dash/trim kit (I've got brushed aluminum that's pretty sweet) and you'd be set.

No...all I'm looking for is just to add the power lift gate to the SE...I never really had the chance to look at the LE and see if there's a huge difference in adding that option to the SE

Nope the Power Liftgate only comes on the LE. It may be an option on the 05's though. I dont think you would want to retrofit it either since there are 1000 parts to it. everything is different even the handle on the liftgate.
