When the vehicle has been driven and you cut off the engine and sit there for about 1 minute, there's a weird vibration under the dash...sounds like it's coming from the driver's side of the vehicle. There's an odd vibration under the dash that last for just a couple of seconds...as several second pause...and then another vibration. I've noticed this 3 times when I've cut the engine off and was sitting in the Armada waiting on a friend to run in a store, etc. Has anybody else experienced this?

I was thinking it might be something related to the self-leveling rear suspension but really have no idea. I dropped the Armada off for the 7500 mile service and the recall notice I received last week. I talked to the service manager and he said there are a couple of relays located under the dash and that could be the problem. They're going to check it out. I'll let you know what they find.

The noise comes from the servos that close the vent ducts; it is normal. Also, if you watch the instrument cluster for a while after you turn off the key the needles on the gauges will jump. This too is normal.
