Just got an SE w/o the DVD package.

1. I want to install a monitor in the drop down box where the OEM monitor would have gone. Looks like Myron & Davis is the way to go there.

2. I want to hook that monitor up to a PS2 for both gaming and as a DVD player.

So besides the monitor and PS2, what else do I need and is it something easy for me to do myself?

If you're familiar with a multimeter, this is a very easy installation. The M&D monitor fits perfectly in the OEM overhead housing. You just need to route the cables from the ceiling and down a side pillar. Look for llajumpvid's signature for the dvd installation to the factory radio. For your PS2, you'll need a DC-AC power inverter installed.

For the power inverter you can pick up a 95 watt one that plug into the cig. lighter socket. I have a 300 watt inverter but have not have the time to put it in so I got the 95 watts and it's fine. PS2 don't take that much wattage to run. They're about $25-$30 and I've seen them at W-Mart or local autopart place.
