I think all QXs and Armadas are built in Canton, Mississippi. There is no other plant.
Where is the QX built?
Where is the car built? Are there different plants around the world?

Canton, on the same line, and with most of the same parts as the Titan and Armada. They all use the same drivetrain, engine, trans, and Mada and QX use the same frame, glass, etc.

Yup, and there's a few guys who had to "import" the Armada into Japan.
Amen brother. That plant is a BIG boost to our economy. And Nissan has been really good about giving the state lots of Titans and Armadas to use in the Katrina relief effort. They are really good corporate neighbors and citizens. The plant is located alongside I-55 and goes on for MILES. It's quite something.BlakSpyda said:That's right! Helping the economy down there too!

Didnt know it was made here in the USA, thats pretty cool. Funny, Japanese people have to have a nissan imported
i guess ARMADA is not a car they (Japanese) drive daily in Japan. I have been there numerous times, and there is absolutelly no space for such huge SUV's. The ppl that have them shipped there, is because they have drivers and lots of money too.
Also, the Chevy Yukon/Tahoe/Suburban is considered an import by the US Government due to the high number of parts it uses being made overseas. The Camry is considered a domestic car. So next time you pull up next to a Tahoe, say nice import, but I'm buying American.

Are you sure about that? Usually "import" is based on North American content........ To include Canada, USA, and Mexico.
