I think it should...I'd stick my head under the truck, and make sure your mounts look like the ones in the install instruction in the second link you posted. If they look the same then I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Just looking at the pictures they look right. Hope you have some PB Blaster, a really powerful torque gun, and some breaker bars and pipes. You're going to need them! You might also have to take off the bumper cover. I thought about doing this myself and after getting down there decided some Plasti-Dip would be good enough for me.
