I am looking for a cherry rosewood dash (red), and I searched all the threads about wood dash kits, but with so many different kits out there, I really do not know which Manufacturer of wood dash kits with the most pieces and what is the difference between molded and flat? does anyone know? thanks.

P.S. is there a manufacturer who does the overhead as well? :clueless:

Molded kits are the best. They follow the contours of your dash versus the flat ones which only stick on the flat parts of the dash--those llok cheap and are therefore less $$. Wooddashkitexperts.com seem to have the best stuff.

I have a complete molded kit from them that I was selling a while ago. I paid $340 for mine and was selling for much less. let me know if you're interested.

It's the magma-birdseye color which closely matches the QX56 wood color used with the graphite interior. I bought the 28 piece kit--the largest they offer. I just checked www.wooddashexperts.com and their server seems to be under maintenance or something--must be the LA power outage. The kit I ordered in the reddish birdseye color is a special order color. I don't think they offer red burl, but I may be wrong. I really like the QX56 wood color and tried to match it as close as possible.

I have the exact real wood from the QX56 available. The wood that comes in the QX56 is REAL, and the one I can have made in that color for your Armada is REAL as well. I can also get you guys just about any kit made bt other places, but choose not to sell them on the site, for various reasons.

The depth and 3D look to the wood is just awesome.

If you have any questions, let me know.
