There are two screw at each end at the bottom of the lower panel. Unscrew those and then the rest is held in by clips, so just pull a little. The switches on the left side are attached to harnesses that you will need to unclip to remove the whole thing.

I will try to find pics for you. Very simple, just find those two screws at the bottom of the dash panel.

Here is the pic. Ignore the rest of the mess. The red part numbered "1" is the lower driver dash panel, the arrow and the circle are approx. where the screws are located(a flashlight helps).
